Lucie has been on the Board since November 2023.
With a national career spanning over 15 years, Lucie has worked in a variety of senior and executive level HR positions across the property, hotel, mining and construction sectors. As the current HR DIrector for DOMA, Lucie has strong experience in the delivery of people and culture strategies across organisations, as well as driving positive workplace health and safety outcomes. As a mother to a son, Lucie is passionate about the work Menslink does for young men across the Canberrra community.
Lucie holds a Masters of Employment Relations with Distinction, Bachelor of Science and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Human Resource Management.
