Bronwyn is a Special Counsel at Russell Kennedy Lawyers in Canberra, where she is a corporate and commercial lawyer, with mostly Commonwealth government and sports industry clients. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Company Directors Course, having won an ACT government scholarship to undertake the course. Bronwyn is on the board of the Canberra Raiders NRL club, and is a presenter on ABC Local Grandstand with Tim Gavel. She’s an accredited mediator, a member of Capital Football’s disciplinary panel, and Athletics Australia’s Olympic Appeals Tribunal and Appeals and Reviews Panel. In her previous role she was Director of Legal Services at ASADA, where she played a key role in the implementation of the 2015 amendments to the WADA Code into the Australian anti-doping framework. She has published various articles, mainly on the topic of anti-doping, and has served on various sporting boards including cricket and athletics, as well as Ministerial working groups and advisory panels related to sports, and served as ACT Athletics’ Olympic Council delegate for some years. She represented Australia in both the sports of skeleton and bobsleigh.
