Menslink CEO Martin Fisk is running in this year’s Canberra half marathon to raise urgently-needed funds for Menslink’s youth mentoring program. His target is to raise $3,000 which will pay for a second annual camping trip for Menslink’s young blokes, including activities like abseiling, bushcraft and canoeing. For many of these teenagers, it may be the first time they will have ever been into the bush. For some, it may be the first time they have been outside Canberra. In the bush, together with their mentors, they can learn some valuable lessons, build resilience and forge some important relationships.
